Q:  Professional Wedding Videographer versus Relative / Friend, Whats the difference?
A:  A difficult question to answer, however, consider the same question posed at a musician, in the end Experience is best and with the Top Quality Equipment used by Wedding Videographer Eugene, you can rest assured that your wedding day will be captured in a professional manner you can depend on.

Q:  How long will the wedding video be?
A: Depending on the wedding ceremony and type of Wedding, your wedding video can range from 50 minutes to 3 hours or more! Contact us with details of your wedding ceremony plans and what you would like to have covered.

Q:  Will the wedding videographer get in everybodys' way?
A:  Absolutely not! Eugene has over 20 years of wedding videography experience and you can rest assured that he will be as unobtrusive as possible whilst still getting that candid wedding day shot!

Q: Do you carry Backup Video Equipment?
A: Yes! Eugene is always prepared for any situation and thus carries a secondary set of video equipment to fall back on should any unfortunate mishaps occur!

Q: Will the Wedding Video /DVD be compartamentalised into sections for us to flick through?
A: Based on YOUR prefences the wedding video or dvd can be edited and produced in such a way as to have 'chapters' that you can choose from when viewing.

Q: How Many copies of the Wedding Video/DVD will we get?
A: The number of copies of the Wedding video (dvd) that you will get depend on the wedding video package you avail of, however, our minimum amount is three copies - One for the Bride & Groom, and one for each set of Parents with additional copies available at a set cost.

A: Wedding Videographer Eugene is based in Arklow, Co Wicklow and covers wedding videography in all the surrounding counties including Carlow, Wexford, Kildare and Dublin plus he is available for most areas within Ireland.

Q: Do we need to provide a meal for the wedding videographer ?
A: Depending on the length of time that the Wedding Videographer is working on the Wedding, we would politely request that bar food be provided by the couple when he is there for more than 4 hours.

It is not necessary to provide the wedding videographer with a sit down meal. Most Hotel and Function Bars are familiar with this requet and it should pose no problem.

Q: What is the dress code for the Wedding Videographer ?
A: In order to keep the in with the overall occasion of weddings and enhance his ability to blend in, the Weding Videographer will normally dress in a dark suit.

Q: Do you charge for Travel Expenses ?
A: Generally travel costs are not incurred however, if a wedding is of a certain distance then there may be a nominal fee to cover costs.

Q: Are there any hidden costs ?
A: No, East Coast Video do not have any hidden costs so you can rest assured upon booking us that you will be invoiced for exactly what the agreed price was.

Q: What is the Deposit & Payment Policy of East Coast Video?
A: Generally East Coast Video accept a deposit of €300 upon which the booking is then confirmed, with the balance payable on the Wedding Day.

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard over the telephone, however, debit cards ( Laser) and Cheques can only be accepted in person.

Please note that a cash back service is not provided.
