Q:  Professional Videographer versus Relative / Friend, Whats the difference?
A:  A difficult question to answer, however, consider the same question posed at a musician, in the end Experience is best and with the Top Quality Equipment used by Eugene you can rest assured that this magical day will be captured in a professional manner you can depend on.

Q:  How long will the video be?
A: Depending on the ceremony and type of Wedding, your video can range from 50 minutes to 3 hours or more! Contact us with details of your ceremony plans and what you would like to have covered.

Q:  Will the videographer get in everybodys' way?
A:  Absolutely not! Eugene has over 20 years of experience and you can rest assured that he will be as unobtrusive as possible whilst still getting that candid shot!

Q: Do you carry Backup Equipment?
A: Yes! Eugene is always prepared for any situation and thus carries a sendary set of equipment to fall back on should any unfortunate mishaps occur!

Q: Will the Wedding Video be compartamentalised into sections for us to flick through?
A: Based on YOUR prefences the wedding video can be edited and produced in such a way as to have 'chapters' that you can choose from when viewing.

Q: How Many copies of the Wedding Video will we get?
A: The number of copies of the Wedding video that you will get depend on the package you avail of, however, our minimum amount is three copies - One for the Bride & Groom, and one for each set of Parents with additional copies available at a set cost.

Q: What areas do you cover?
A: Eugene is based in Arklow, Co Wicklow and covers all the surrounding counties including Carlow, Wexford, Kildare and Dublin plus he is available for most areas within Ireland. Why not contact him to check if he is available to cover your area?

Q: Do we need to provide a meal for the videographer ?
A: Depending on the length of time that the Videographer is working on the Wedding, we would politely request that bar food be provided by the couple when he is there for more than 4 hours. It is not necessary to provide the videographer with a sit down meal. Most Hotel and Function Bars are familiar with this requet and it should pose no problem. Q: What is the dress code for the Videographer ?

Q: Do you charge for Travel Expenses ?
A: Generally travel costs are not incurred however, if a wedding is of a certain distance then there may be a nominal fee to cover costs. Please contact us for any queries you may have with regard to travelling expenses by email at info@eastcoast-video.com or telephone + 353 (0) 87 2525161

Q: Are there any hidden costs ?
A: No, East Coast Video do not have any hidden costs so you can rest assured upon booking us that you will be invoiced for exactly what the agreed price was.

Q: What is the Deposit & Payment Policy of East Coast Video?
A: Generally east Coast Video accept a deposit of €300 upon which the booking is then confirmed, with the balance payable on the Wedding Day.

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard over the telephone, however, debit cards ( Laser) and Cheques can only be accepted in person. Please note that a cash back service is not provided.
